Where we are hiking:

What are we eating:

Leaders will provide:

  • Dinner (choose what meal you prefer here.)

  • Breakfast (oatmeal and toppings, bagels and cream cheese)

You’ll bring:

  • Two lunches, one for eating before we hike and one for when we get back. These won’t go in your pack.

  • Snacks for the hike. Note, be sure to only bring with you what you need so you don’t carry excess weight and bulk. For example, you don’t want to carry a whole box of cookies and only eat two.

  • Water (see packing list)

HYDRATE!

Drink water! To acclimate to the high altitude, hydrate before we get there. It is very helpful to to drink 2-3 liters a day for a few days before we leave. 3 liters is a lot of water, plan accordingly.
