Including date of last tetanus immunization.

Step 3: Submit payment to your ward.  

 

The cost of camp is $250 per girl.  Check with your Young Women President, as some wards may have fundraisers to cover part or all of the cost of camp.  Checks should be made payable to your ward and reference "Young Women Camp".
